Junior Special Agent Graduation Party

Junior Special Agent Graduation Party

This spring, our chapter supported 23 students from the Monarch School in becoming FBI Junior Special Agents. The Monarch School provides children with educational skills and tools to overcome the odds against homelessness, and the Junior Special Agent Program gives fifth graders in disadvantaged neighborhoods the information, skills, and discipline they need to stay away from gangs, drugs, and crime. Students learn about the FBI’s mission and core values, and how law enforcement serves and protects their communities.

The students’ excitement at their graduation pizza party was heartwarming, as SAC John Brown presented each child with a badge and certificate for a job well done. The lunch concluded with a special congratulatory cake topped with an edible print of the Monarch Junior Special Agent seal. Inspired by the FBI seal, students worked collaboratively to create a seal to represent their school, their values, and the FBI. The FBISDCAAA is proud to support this program as one of our community outreach projects.
