Seeking 10 Volunteers for Red Cross Partnership with FBICAAA

The Red Cross assists individuals and families displaced by natural and man-made disasters, including home fires, wildfires, earthquakes, floods, hazardous materials spills, transportation accidents, and other emergencies. During these emergencies, vetted volunteers who have gone through an FBI Citizens Academy program can provide vital assistance to the Red Cross. Our San Diego Chapter recognized the importance of this collaboration and stepped up as one of three national pilot program locations developing this FBICAAA and Red Cross partnership.

FBISDCAAA members are invited to complete Red Cross training to augment the 1,000-person Disaster Volunteer Workforce in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Our members are well suited to serve as Shelter Supervisors and Government Liaisons. Will you be part of our FBI/Red Cross Response Team?  We can go through Red Cross training together and be ready to serve our community when needed.
